Are You Ready For The 2025 Ram 3500?

Power Meets Relentless Strength

Sometimes, the strongest isn't strong enough. If you've been looking at the Ram 1500 and 2500 trucks only to find them lacking in the power department, maybe the 2025 Ram 3500 is for you. The new edition of the Ram 3500 has arrived at Johnson's of Kingfisher, the top dealership this side of Cimarron City.

Our Research Hub provides information to help you find the perfect vehicle with car-buying tips. This guide will explore why the Ram 3500 makes an exceptional workhorse for anyone who needs serious muscle. If your work demands brawns that won't quit, this heavy-duty truck deserves your consideration.

Ram 3500 Specs & Performance

There is no two ways about it: the 2025 Ram 3500 is a heavy-duty truck. It meets all the criteria and exceeds expectations in every category.

This starts with the engines. For those who want maximum power, there is only one option. And that is the High-Output 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel I6 engine coupled with the new TorqueFlite HD eight-speed transmission. This monster pulls 1,075 lb-ft of torque and has 430 horsepower. That torque is the best in its class.

The other available option is a 6.4L HEMI V8 that delivers 405 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Both powertrains are available in Rear-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive configurations.

Ram 3500 Capability

The diesel engine can tow up to 36,610 lbs and carry a payload of 6,050 lbs. As for the V8, you can carry up to 7,590 lbs in the bed and tow up to 18,150 lbs. All these operations will be safe with heavy-duty four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes. The Trailer Reverse Steering Control that works with a steering knob also comes in handy.

With that kind of power, the only limit is your imagination. Whatever job you throw at it, the Ram 3500 will rise to the challenge. You'll be good for full work days with the fuel tank capacity of 50 gallons on Crew Cab models with an eight-foot bed.

Ram 3500 Interior

The Ram 3500 isn't just a brute with no refinement. The interior is reminiscent of a luxury pickup. It can rival any other brand in terms of comfort and attention to detail.

Leather seats with real wood and aluminum accents create an upscale environment that makes long days on the job site more bearable. You can get the interior cabin in either red or black, though there are some special editions as we'll see later.

The seating configurations are versatile, with a 40/20/40 split-folding bench. There's also the option of having bucket seats in the front. Three different 60/40 split-folding rear seating configurations complete the versatility. The Class-Exclusive available Reclining Rear Seats provide additional comfort for passengers.

Storage options include in-floor bins, under-seat storage, a center console rear cubby bin, and the center console itself. The Ram 3500 offers three to six seats, depending on the cabin type you choose. There are options for Regular, Crew, and Mega cabs.

Ram 3500 Exterior

Just like the Ram 1500, the 3500 has been refreshed for this model year to make it more modern and appealing. There are small changes to the front fascias and grilles, LED headlamps, front fog lamps, and LED taillamps. The wheel lineup has also been updated.

Two new eye-catching colors join the palette: Forged Blue Metallic and Molten Red. These fresh colors give your truck a distinctive look that stands out on the road and job site.

The Class-Exclusive available RamBox Cargo Management System is back. As always, it adds drainable storage bins with LED lighting. You'll also find features like a front driver-side 115-volt power outlet. The Mopar Sport Performance Hood adds a touch of aggressive styling to this capable truck.

Ram 3500 Technology

This is a high-tech truck that can be turned into a mobile office without missing a beat. New for this year, Ram has expanded the maximum size of the infotainment screen to 14.5 inches. That's another area where Ram has the best feature in its class. This screen connects to Uconnect 5 NAV with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless connectivity.
The Class-Exclusive available 10.25-inch Passenger Interactive Display is great for anybody riding with you. And the 12-inch digital gauge cluster has full-color 3D graphics with color customization. It also displays the Trailer Tow Pages and Off-Road Pages.

The 900-watt Harman Kardon Premium Audio System surrounds you with 17 speakers. The center console has class-exclusive dual-wireless charging pads big enough to accommodate two large smartphones. Safety is also a priority, with features like the Digital Rearview Mirror with side camera integration and a 360° Surround View Camera, so you can do your job safely.

Big Horn

The Big Horn trim level is a logical step up if the other one was too basic for your taste. It features Chrome front and rear design elements along with Matte Black mesh with Chrome accents.

You'll appreciate the power-adjustable trailer-tow side mirrors when hauling wide loads. Inside, the seats change from vinyl to cloth with a 40/20/40 split-bench front configuration.

The Big Horn adds convenient features like a rear window defroster. Various packages become available here, like the Sport Appearance Package, Tow Technology, and Big Horn Level 1 and Level 2 Equipment groups.

Laramie

The Laramie trim level is where luxury starts to show in this heavy-duty truck. You'll enjoy Bison Brown or Black leather-trimmed front bucket seats and a luxury steering wheel. The exterior features a Laramie grille with Chrome nostrils/Chrome billets and Bi-functional LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs.

Inside, dual-Zone automatic temperature control and an overhead console enhance comfort. The Universal Garage Door Opener in the visor and auto-dimming rearview mirror adds convenience.

Technology gets an upgrade to a 12-inch touchscreen display with a 10-speaker Surround Sound system.

Limited

The Limited trim level represents the top trim level in the Ram 3500 lineup. It features a brown leather-trimmed interior with premium leather and filigree. Those bucket seats gain heating and ventilation with memory for the driver. There is also a full-length premium center console.

The steering wheel is leather-wrapped with real wood accents. The infotainment system once again gets an upgrade to a 14.5-inch touchscreen display with a 17-speaker Surround Sound system.

Outside the cabin, the RamBox Cargo Management System adds versatility. The Mopar deployable bed step makes accessing the cargo area easier. To round out this offering, we find power-folding side mirrors, a unique Limited grille, and rain-sensitive wipers.

Limited Longhorn

The Limited Longhorn trim level is mainly a cosmetic change that brings distinctive southwestern-inspired styling elements. It maintains the luxury features of the Limited while adding unique design touches that celebrate the spirit of the American West.
